Refund Policy
StudentPath does not process payments yet. This policy describes the fair approach planned for paid beta subscriptions.

No charges during the current beta
No live checkout or payment gateway is connected, so StudentPath cannot currently charge your card or issue a payment refund.
When paid plans launch
Future payments will be processed by a secure payment provider. We plan to review first-charge refund requests made within 7 days, especially where the service was inaccessible or materially failed to work as described.
How to request help
Email support@studentpath.ai with the account email and a short explanation. Never send full card details. Any approved refund will be returned through the original payment provider.
